Poncé Facial Analysis

Poncé Facial Analysis provides an educational platform that allows users to upload photos and videos of their face for personalized aesthetic suggestions, including recommendations for treatments such as oral/topical solutions, fillers, and neurotoxins. The app is designed to help users navigate the medical aesthetics space, but we do not directly provide medical treatments. We connect users with third-party providers for treatment planning.

2. User Accounts

Account Registration: To use certain features of the Service, you will be required to create an account and complete an onboarding form. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your name, email address, phone number, and facial photos.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service may interact with third-party services such as Adalo, Airtable, Jotform, Tally Forms, Meta Pixel, Google Drive, and others. We do not control these third-party services, and you agree that we are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party platforms.

The content provided on the Poncé Facial Analysis platform is for educational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice. Any treatment suggestions made through the Service are for informational purposes, and you should consult with a qualified healthcare provider before proceeding with any medical treatments.

8. Limitation of Liability
